This blog contains descriptions of Python programs that were written primarily for use in planetary astronomy. However, it also contains (at bottom of list) both an introduction to Python and directions for obtaining and installing some of the most popular graphics and numerical packages for use with scientific Python (e.g. Wx, Qt, Numpy, SciPy, etc...). All programs and website are by Sky Coyote.

This is the WxPython version. The previous code, which uses PyQt, is available below. Only the WxPython version is currently up to date and supported.
