I changed the getBedrock() routine in the Valley class (in Data.py) to disclude bedrock points that are beyond either end of the valley. This seems to make the Upper Knowles analysis work OK (see below). I've also re-tested it with Lower Knowles, K38, and Skate Creek. I'll test it with Bear Creek and RR1141 later this morning.
Hopefully this will solve the problem. Please try it and let me know if you continue to have problems, or if you find other bugs.
